At AstraClinical you can take leave as per your requirements but your information should be in a planned way so that your work can be assigned to someone in advance and we can fulfill our promise with the client on timely manner. We never allow any employee to work more than 8 hours in a day so that personal life of an employee should not disturb.

We celebrate birthday and marriage anniversary within the organization so that everyone should feel homely and sense of belongingness. We select employees of the month and the winner gets award and remuneration as per performance and level in the organization.
